The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p>8.2 <strong>Condition on return<\/strong>. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and in good condition, with all accessories, labels and protective films. This does not apply to the return of faulty goods.<\/p><p>8.3 <strong>Replacement of Goods<\/strong>. If the size or model of the product is not suitable, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product. In the case of replacement of a quality product, the Buyer shall return the unsuitable product to the Seller at their own expense, and the Seller shall cover the cost of re-delivery of the replacement product to the Buyer.<\/p><p>8.4 <strong>Return and exchange process<\/strong>. To return or exchange an item, the Buyer must fill in a return form.<\/p><p>8.5 <strong>Low-quality, faulty goods<\/strong>. If the goods delivered to the Buyer are not of the same quality or are not the goods ordered, the Seller undertakes to replace them or refund the money paid for them at his own expense. In this case, all delivery and return costs shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p><p>8.6. <strong>Repayment term<\/strong>. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 calendar days after the goods have been recovered, provided that the goods have not been found to be in breach of the conditions for the return of the goods upon inspection. Refunds shall be made by the same method of payment used by the Buyer.<\/p><p>8.7. <strong>Return costs<\/strong>. In the case of return or exchange of quality goods, the Buyer shall bear the shipping costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The Seller shall cover the cost of re-delivery of the exchanged product to the Buyer. In the event of return of faulty or incorrectly delivered goods, all return and re-delivery costs shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p><p>8.8 <strong>Seller&#8217;s Rights<\/strong>. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer&#8217;s returns if the return procedure set out in these Rules is not followed.<\/p><p>8.9. <strong>Contact<\/strong>.
